I’ve seen duplicate questions as this, however the resolutions have always been a IDmobile agent privately messaging them. I need a document that confirms the make, model, IMEI and purchase date of my iphone purchase with IDmobile.

Okay @temuujinnat, have you asked an iD customer adviser for this information by using their online Live Chat service?
I can’t use Live Chat. It fails to start with this error “Attempting to restore lost connection. Chat session will end if unable to restore in 0:00 minutes.”
Okay @temuujinnat, you can also contact customer service on social media using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter).
Otherwise, it might be necessary to wait for a PM from iD Mobile in this forum.
