I have posted on another thread how I keep getting voice mail notifications when there non.

 Have tried everything else so would like try a replacement sim but cannot find out from this site how to go about it.

Can some one please arrange for me ti get one?  

There are 2 ways of getting a replacement iD SIM card @cslogg.

  1. Pick-up a replacement SIM card from your nearest Currys store at your convenience.
  2. Start an online Live Chat to request a replacement SIM via the post (Royal Mail).

 


I am over an hour away from the nearest Currys so thats out.

Every time. Try a “live” char its with a bot and that is useless ax it asks questions that are not relevent


Okay @cslogg, have you tried typing “talk to a person”, to avoid the annoying 24/7 bot?

Otherwise, perhaps get in-touch via the iD social media channels.
