Hey there @Rick PF, welcome to Community!

 

From the title of your question, I’m presuming this is in relation to safe-search?

 

You can turn adult content filtering on/off via logging into the iD Mobile app/website, and enabling/disabling it there. Please try turning it off for a day, and then turning it back on, and see if that helps, or vice-versa depending if you want it on or off.

 

Please note, some website are simply blocked by our network partner Three when using data, and won’t work at all unless on Wi-Fi, which we cannot change I’m afraid.
