Hi all new to ID mobile just wondering if the sim takes 24 hours to activate ordered yesterday at 5pm tried setting up at 5pm today not live at the moment and can’t create a ID account everytime I put number ,surname and DOB says don’t match there records like the number is not live yet

Are you still experiencing issues? Looks like your number was registered on the iD Mobile app on the 31st July. Please let me know.
