My sim card hasnt arrived yet my number has been transferred from previous supplier so now i have no service at all.

Your SIM card is delivered within 3-5 working days from ordering, so we’d always recommend customers to choose a port-in date outside of those days. We hope all is sorted now, but please let us know if not.

My SIM card hasn’t arrived.   At the moment I am paying both ID and Vodafone and I don’t know who my provider is!!  What can I do?
