Fraudsters and scammers read user posts in this public forum, looking your email addresses, phone numbers, etcetera.
Did you enquire about your iD account recently?
Have you ever used the iD automated telephone service (7777) to manage your account?
If you haven’t, then perhaps this email isn’t genuine, but it looks like it came from iD Mobile.
I’d suggest asking iD about your account using Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, or by X (Twitter) DM. The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Thanks for removing the email, I tried but couldn't. No I haven't but I did think the last few bills were too high...
I guess a refund should appear on your next iD bill, if the text message and email were genuine
