Hi, earlier today I chatted with one of your assistants (Thobeka) regarding my sim not having service. He said it would be reset, and would work after ten mins. He also gave my account a £10 credit. That was a while ago. The service connected briefly but then went again. Please can you fix this and check the credit was added.

The chat team did eventually reset the account and sim is working atm.
