I'm thinking of switching my id physical SIM to an id esim. Can I keep my number and if so, how do I go about it?

Terry.

Thanks for the response, however I've, already checked this out. It tells you how to activate an esim and how to change from an esim to a physical sim but nothing about going the other way.

Terry.

Hi @zznw4m

We’ll be able to issue an eSIM if you’re sure you’d like this, please let us know if you’d like us to get in touch.

Okay @zznw4m, when asking for a replacement SIM, just request an eSIM instead of physical SIM.

Your existing iD SIM would be deactivated when you request a replacement, so it’s a matter of waiting for the QR code from iD in order to install the eSIM on your handset. Once installed just activate the eSIM via the usual iD channels.
