I have tried to get my number moved from my previous contract with EE but the iD system is not accepting the information I input.

Please can someone from iD contact me to get this resolved? Otherwise I will have to cancel my iD contract.

Does the transaction number you’re using on the port form begin with a 4?

 

If not, the correct one can be found in your “Welcome to iD” email.

 

If you don’t have this, please let us know.
