I have just bought my son a new IPhone and inserted the new (replacement) SIM and activated it ready for his birthday tomorrow. Problem is, the ID account now believes that his phone is a new one and all calls and messages are going to his phone and I am left without service unless connected to the WiFi! Can anyone advise please?
