Have recently signed up to iD and trying to claim the Apple Music. As I’m already with Apple I ended my subscription and as per T&C’s was expecting to get a 2 month sub for free.
I tried for the freebie, follow the instructions and it shows as a two month sub starting from 6th December. When I double click the side button I get a pop up saying it’s for new subscribers only.
can anyone advise how I can activate this as it states returning subscribers get two months? I was going to wait until the 7th of Dec but that will mean I have passed the 12 day cut off for the freebie as described by another user in another question.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
