I’ve been trying to register my account on the mobile app but keep getting the same error message, that my details are incorrect, even though they are correct.

 

Desperately need help please.

Have you moved a number to us recently? If you’re in the process of porting a number to us, you may want to try registering after having fully ported the number over to us.

 

If you’re still having issues, please let us know.
