I have a plan with unlimited calls and texts plus 60gb of data (I have 67gb remaining due to the rollover from last month).
I have just received a message saying that I have used 100% of my cap, but have not been using my phone differently to the last few months.
As a side note, all of my bills are up to date and I haven't had any problems with the direct debit going out.
Are you able to "unblock" my phone so that I can continue using it for the second half of the month?
