Upgraded my contract yesterday and my sim stopped working around lunch time today, received the new phone shortly after and swapped the sim over and still not working.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community!
When you upgrade to a SIM only we may sometimes send out a new SIM card.
If you upgraded and the upgrade SIM isn’t working it sounds like you may need a replacement SIM.
You can either collect one from Curry’s or we can get one sent out.

please can you send a new sim as soon as possible as i can’t use my phone. i will also need refunding for the days i can’t use my phone.
