So me and the missus have been with ID mobile for several months and have never really had an issue with the service ….. until quite recently.

I know the problem isn’t with my phone cos my missus is also having the same problem on her phone.  Phone calls keep breaking up so either I can’t hear them or they can’t hear me …. sometimes the call just won’t connect unless I try several times. 

The problem isn’t restricted to in our house, it also happens when I’m in another part of the town.

Anyone any idea what the problem could be please??

I’m chatting to an agent online as I type this ….. but if this sin’t sorted soon, I’ll be looking for a more reliable network ...
