Hello. Can you please resolve the issues with the website? I have had my services turned off due to not being able to make my payment, thanks to not being able to access the website! I have tried calling to make my payment, but you’ve turned off my services so I can’t even do that! I have been sat in a queue to get on the website for an hour now. Every time it gets down to 5 minutes, it goes back up to 10+ again. Can this please be resolved, as it is increasingly frustrating!
