WORST NETWORK EVER - NEED TO CANCEL

I need to cancel. For the past 3 months, I don't have any signal or network at my home address. At work people can't hear me properly on the phone. I've messaged non stop to ID mobile on Facebook and live chat and they say somone will contact me back. No one has. When I message to ask what's going on. They just ask me what's the problem and then ask for proof of identity randomly. Then get told somone will contact me in 48 hours. After that no reply. I message again, get the same reply. I need to cancel without paying any fees! This is not holding up their end of the contact.

Simply put, you cannot cancel without paying an early termination fee if you’re still within your minimum term. No network guarantees a signal in a set geographical location or that an existing signal will remain fault free or made available for the entirety of the contract.

You should start by submitting an official complaint with the network. Have you done this?

Try ask them to do a reception test to see whether it should be good. Are you out in the sticks or somewhere with a mast relativley nearby.

I've had terrible mobile internet speeds for several months even with good reception. 3/4 or even 4/4 bars of 4g in my small town and I still get less than 5mbps download and less than 1mbps upload most of the time on speedtests, sometimes 0 upload. And in another town when I was near a mast I had full 4g and 3/4 bars of 5g, and the best speeds I got was 33 mbps download and 0.87 upload and sometimes 0 upload and it timed out.

Had this for several months, and I'm sure I read a consistently poor and substandard service qualifies you to cancel without penalty because the provider is not making good on their part of the deal that you're paying them for. They can try claim it's your location or blame other things, but you can get them to do a kind of reception test to see what reception SHOULD be like where you are, and you could get other proof it should be good signal.

I'm also getting a lot of calls dropping and the other person can't hear me, seems to be happening a lot recently especially android and google pixel phones

I think either three or android are having a bug issue.

Hey there @Ollywoly, do you require further assistance with your coverage issues please?

Thanks,

Tyler
