Can someone advise me on your ref . Last two weeks have been dreadful from your firm. Customer Service is useless. Nothing works, duplicate questions in security check plus far too many and time consuming. Last night some person called Kash blanked me. I am due to renew in two weeks. I will not unless my adult content is permitted. Someone in your firm keeps touching my settings. I went to my fathers again yesterday. I used 2 devices, 2 browsers and his wifi. I had no trouble bringing up porn. Your issue is with your network 3. I have said this from March 30th yet no one fixes????

Perhaps it’s time to cut-your-losses and move to another service provider, @storm1973russell

Make sure your new service provider is not using the Three UK mobile network, given your issues with this network.
