0800 numbers

Hello I am in Malta and really need to contact an 0800 number! Is this not allowed with ID mobile? Thanks

Okay @Lynne G, if you’re trying to call a UK 0800 number while roaming, it won’t be possible.

Most UK 0800 numbers have an alternative to use if you’re calling the UK from abroad.

The DWP does not have another number unfortunately

I found this:

Call +443456000723 and you will get through to the DWP from abroad.

Hi I rang the overseas telephone number and never got an answer after 5 minutes of ringing it just cuts out! But thank you anyway

I wonder if DWP customer service line is answered quickly if you call them from the UK, and not from abroad…
