1 bar signal everywhere

im in id from about one year sinc i join i have bad signal day after i start my contract i went back to currys and they told me it will be like that for few days becouse is conecting (bullshit btw)

then i past 14 day i wasnt able to return it (my fold)

now i cant call most of the time 

signal breking everywhere 

data running on 3mb speed or less 

i wast try to do everything to fix it.

and the only way to fix it is pay rest of my contract and never take contract with them again.

maybe some customer help will read that and resolv my problem?

Mobile signals vary from location to location, network to network and there is local congestion to take into consideration too. It's why we have cooling off periods.

Have you checked coverage in your area? If not, you can do so here:

You should also check for any network related issues in your area too. You can do that here:

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

If your issues are related to poor coverage in your area then maybe turn on WiFi calling.

The coverage map shows that you should have good outdoor coverage on 3G, 4G and 5G. If you're getting poor indoor coverage then your options are limited to either using WiFi calling or switching networks.
