£150 S22 Ultra trade-in boost

Hopefully you can help me with this too @Mohamad . I purchased an S22 Ultra on 21st November with the trade-in boost offer, but have had nothing further on the trade-in element, despite emailing on the 3rd December, 18th Decemeber and 4th January. Not one reply on the last 2 occasions.

I've had this issue too, was emailed with the original trade In price of £84 but not had the 24 hour email for the £150 boost when buying the s22 ultra. Was this promotion legitimate? Seem many have had to chase this up theirselves
