i was due a switchover on the 21/6/23 not happened yet 27/6/23,4 times its been escalated to technical, was told waiting on 3 file exchange process, suggested i should contact 3 and ask, really not satisfactory at all

Indeed not a great start
Mobility number portability is regulated by OFCOM and is supposed to happen within one working day. The gaining service provider is 100% responsible for the porting processes, so the consumer only has a single point-of-contact.
iD Mobile are required to compensate you for each day the transfer gets delayed, which isn’t much help when you want the number you’re keeping to work normally.
