£75 Additional Trade-in Payment

I have not received the additional £75 trade in value which was part of my S24 offer. I have emailed the suggested email but no reply. How can I escalate this?

Please may I ask when you traded-in your phone and when it reached us back at our warehouse please?

 

Also, have you received confirmation that we’ve got it, and have you received your initial trade-in payment?

 

Finally, to confirm, what email address did you contact please?

Sent old phone back on 15/02/24

Got initial trade in payment 27/02/24

Sent email re trade in £75 to tradeuphelp@currys.co.uk on 25/02/24

I would advise contacting the team again as I know that replies from them are taking a little longer than usual due to how busy they are.

Our trade-in service is provided by our sister company Currys. For any queries with your trade-in please contact TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk

If you don’t get a response within 72 hours, please let us know and we can escalate it for you.

I would also advise checking your junk emails for any replies.
