9-digit transaction

hello, I lost my 9-digit transaction number and I need it to transfer the old number from another network to the id . how can i get it?

Have you tried contacting the iD customer support team on Facebook, or Twitter for assistance with this @Piotr Pietrzak?

You can ‘talk’ privately to the team using Facebook Messenger, or by sending a Twitter direct message.

iD Mobile’s support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).
