Access to PUK2 Code

I have locked my SIM by mistake and need a PUK2 code to unlock it. When I posed this question to the live chat it simply states contact iD Mobiles agents, but who are iD Mobile's agents and how do I contact them to get a PUK2 code? Thanks.

Just type “talk to a person” after connecting to Live Chat, @Mike Ranger. 

You should avoid the 24/7 chat-bot by doing this - the support staff work until 8pm on weekdays.
