Account has been opened with my details


Hi,

I am writing this on behalf of my father as he is currently out of the country for the week. He has been facing credit fraud recently and I’ve seen that an ID Mobile account has been made. I recieved a letter in the post of a final demand notice of a £58.99 charge that needs to be paid within seven days. I have reported to action fraud already and have a crime reference number.
 

I want to close this account asap and any help is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately if the account is in the name of your father then your dad is the only one iD Mobile will communicate with. Have him make contact once he returns to the UK.
