account in arears i have nothing about


Hi, please help it says I took out a contract in 2019 for 5 quid a month sim only. I cannot access this account and have spent hours going through bank statements I have never ever paid these through my account and it stopped two months ago according to my credit statement. I can’t get accepted for my mortgage I generally have no idea and don’t understand a contract sim going on for 4 months please please help me this is effecting my life.
