Hi there,

Are you able to tell me if I have insurance on my current plan please, unable to find relative paperwork currently

At iD Mobile, we do not provide any mobile phone insurance services...

Hi @Jamie Davies 

 

As @WelshPaul has shown above Phone Insurance isn’t something we offer directly when purchased from us.

 

If you’ve purchased a contract with us through a third party (Such as Carphone Warehouse/Currys) they may have offered an insurance plan so I’d recommend checking with them if purchased with them.
