It can sometimes take up to 24-hours for iD’s systems to recognise you’ve paid, and unblock your iD account
Other community members have found restarting their handsets sometimes unblocks a just paid iD account.
Otherwise, best to contact iD support using online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or via a Twitter direct message.
