How do I remove Adult content filter because I don't have any button to do it?

Are you PAYG or pay-monthly?

With PAYG plan it might not be possible to easily verify someone is over-18.

You could try getting it sorted via iD live chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/contactus - scroll down and look for the “Chat to us” button.

The agents work until 8pm weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

I tried but that only make me talk to bot which don't help at all only send me to side where is services ->adult filter off I don't have this bottom so it can't help me

Okay @witcher96, once you’re connected to the iD live chat, type “talk to a person” to get an iD agent and avoid the bot.

Unfortunately customer service just wait for 8pm to i cannot call them cause they told me all will work in like 30 min and after that 30min I checked adult filter still on I seen its 5 past 8pm and I can't write to them
