As you’ve got an order reference from iD, it looks like the order item (SIM card) has been lost in-transit.
Get a free replacement in-store at Currys, or contact iD online using their live chat service.
Alternatively get in-touch through Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), and ask for a replacement SIM.
