Hi guys,

I have just had a new iD mobile contract, with an iPhone 13 mini.

I spend almost half the year outside the UK, so I thought I’d get a separate eSim with my Portuguese number.

My question is, is this even possible, as I assume this phone is locked to iD mobile?

The chance of using my phone with both numbers was one of the main reasons I upgraded to this phone, so I’ll be very disappointed if I can’t use the eSim until my contract ends in 2 years.

thanks 🙂

@GGG333,

All iD Mobile handsets are unlocked which means that you can use different network SIM cards in the handset.

Unfortunately we don’t offer eSIMs at the moment which means we won’t be able to advise much on that side.

Why iD Mobile?
