Tried everything to contact id Facebook email chatbox nothing I carnt ring anybody no network got a text message ref a new sim card being activated I never asked for this our want it but now I have no network
I’ve always had a quick response when I’ve sent iD Mobile a direct message using Twitter.
I’d expect the same is true when using Facebook Messenger to contact iD Mobile privately.

Not ideal I know but maybe put the brakes on whoever it is by reporting it lost while you wait for a response?

Theyve just replied on Facebook but cheers anyway
