So online isn't letting me sign in, said they're sending me a text with a code - never sends.

 

App updated to the new one so I said oh I'll try to log in... nope... not working either. Says error as soon as I enter my mobile number, last name and DOB.

 

So can't access my account ever again! Thanks! 

 

Oh also I'm autistic - and this whole situation has caused me to have a massive meltdown - this would have all been avoided if ID had just stuck with the same app and had not changed anything. Thanks for making this so much more difficult than it has to be. I'm so tired, stressed and fed up... I just want to check my account and now I cant ever do it.
