app shows wrong data

My mobile app says that my allowance is 6gn but when I go into the my services part of the app it says my plan is 12gb of data and I'm not sure what to believe.

I have upgraded my plan not long ago but that was already a week ago so I don't believe that has anything to do with it because the app showed my last data allowance fine.

Hi @Kacper Dobrosielski,

Did you upgrade to a 12GB per month plan before your allowances reset?

If so your allowances may currently be pro-rated and you should get your full allowances when your allowances reset.

I had a 1gb plan originally as I got it when I started with I'd because at the time I didn’t need that much data but I haven't checked the app after my payment came out

Hey @Kacper Dobrosielski, if you’ve been on your plan for 30 days, it sounds like you might be seeing rollover data from last month? So 6GB + 6GB = 12GB. Could this be the reason?

Might be worth deleting the app and reinstalling to see if this changes anything. If you’re still none the wiser, I’d contact the Live Chat team and ask them to confirm your plan details.
