I recently got a new phone in August last year and wanted to use the apple tv trial offer but haven’t tried to do so until now but when clicking the link I get an error saying the offer is no longer active. Can I still get this offer somehow?

No. The offer is no longer active.
Well, that sucks I couldn’t find anything in the terms to say I’d have to redeem this within a certain amount of time.

Step 1:
Claim up to 3 months free Apple TV+, Music, and Arcade with any purchase on idmobile.co.uk from 14th September 2022 until further notice.
Step 2:
For qualifying purchases, on the order confirmation page you'll see banners asking you to 'Redeem your offers'. These banners will also be included in your order confirmation email and in an email sent to you by iD 12 days after your purchase.
Step 3:
Click the banners in either of these emails and you'll be directed to Apple's website. Follow the steps to redeem your offer(s).
