Awful network

This network issue needs to be sorted by tomorrow. I've been we with id mobile 3 months now and I'm sorry to say its been AWFUL 

 

Today has been the worst I've not been able to call Texts, use the Internet absolute joke when you pay for it and they can even provide that 

 

Any update????
