I've tried to buy online and been told that a verification code would be sent to my phone from the bank to proceed. I haven't received the codes despite having asked for them to be reset. I've also tried two separate cards, neither have been able to get messages through to me I suspect it is a problem with my account, not theirs 

Please advise.

Seems there’s often a problem receiving verification codes, from banks et cetera, after porting your mobile number to iD.

Have you recently ported to iD @Jellywonder?

Either way, suggest contacting iD customer service and request they look at your iD account.

Have you recently joined iD Mobile and switched over your number?

Are you having isues with just your Bank or other codes either?

Have you spoken to your Bank to see if they have/can re-set up the OTP on your account?
