Hello, a few months back, I purchased a sim only plan but after waiting a few months for the sim to arrive, it never did. After being charged £7 per month, I decided to cut my losses and move to another provider so I cancelled the direct debit to ID mobile with my bank.
However, because the sim never arrived, I was not able to set up an account as my number was not linked to the sim so how do I cancel my plan with ID mobile while having proof of the plan but without having an account??
