being cut off while talking to people.

Every time I'm talking to people, I keep getting cut off, people on the other side of the line can't hear me. Usually happens when I call companies numbers or numbers with options in their numbers, but never when I call my friends on their mobiles. It happened when I was with Three, so I changed the phone and the company. Now I am with iD mobile with a different mobile and I'm having the same problem. Can anyone help?

We are sorry to hear this.

Can you possibly try your SIM in a different handset and see if that makes a difference.

Have the calls worked fine before?

We can also try a replacement SIM in case the SIM is faulty.
