Belkin charger

Just upgraded and my new phone Samsung Galaxy A34 doesn't include a charger but comes with a belkin charger free. Looking at the paperwork there is no mention of the charger. It seems impossible to call anyone so can some one check that the charger will be included or advise?

Could you let us know what tariff was selected?

 

The free Belkin charger offer is only on certain tariffs and deals, it’s possible the one you’ve selected isn’t one of the ones with the offer for the charger.

Hi Tom,

 

It's a Samsung Galaxy A34 256GB with 50GB mobile data unlimited minutes and texts in black.

The link isn't clear and the purchasing process wasn't either if this isn't eligible.

The offer is available to those who purchase a Samsung A34 on a 100GB or Unlimited Data plan. I have provided a screenshot of the shop page below.

Unfortunately the 50GB deal with the A34 5G 256GB isn’t eligible for the Belkin charger, only the 100GB and Unlimited plans are, sorry.
