I have a problem because I have no signal at all and I can't use the Internet, I don't know what's going on, please help

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

If you still have issues with coverage you can test the SIM in a different handset.

You can obtain a replacement SIM from Curry’s or we can get one sent out.
