bill and useage

I have paid my bill through overdales but I currently have no service. My phone says I have signal and 4G/3G but I am unable to use it. When I make a call I am directed to ID automated phone service though it says my bill is up to date

Overdales is a debt recovery firm. If you’re iD Mobile account was in arrears and sold on to a debt recovery company, your iD Mobile account should have been closed prior to the debt being sold. If true, you won’t be able to use the old number again. However, speak to a live chat agent and confirm if this is the case.
