Hi I’m new here, first month. Well half month I got the phone 5th march and just paid my first bill today. Does that mean my bill date is the 22nd of each month? I was on Tesco before ID and they would message me and I can’t seem to find where it tells me payment date on the app.

What’s the bill date on your first iD bill
I think a customer's Monthly Bill date is the date iD send the bill each month.
Your DD payment is due 14 days after each bill is produced.
