I have been trying to contact id since 8 this morning. This is stressful 😫  I'm paying my bill but use keep cutting my services off every single month since joining. Worst network ever, don't even get a good signal and have to use WiFi as the mobile data is slow as contacting someone here 🙄.  I do not need to speak to a robot! I want to understand exactly what is going wrong. Also, every month use have me due double bills every month but only want half of that. Don't understand. Can someone contact me ASAP
