I cannot read my bills both on the App or online they are the same.

some of the writing is legible, but unfortunately the rest of it is not

If you’re using an iPhone @Gary Richardson, one possible workaround is to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader app for iOS, and try look at your iD bills using this app.

Other forum posts seem to suggest an issue with iOS 17 and the iD app.

Thanks for this but it has same issue when using laptop / internet so don’t think it’s that

Google Chrome may not work properly with the iD online account portal “my.idmobile.co.uk”.

Is this using Safari for iOS with “my.idmobile.co.uk” on your iPhone @Gary Richardson

I have just used my wife’s laptop and I can now read them

Okay @Gary Richardson, iOS 17 introduced several new PDF features, which might now need some bug fixes. 

I think the Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS works properly with iOS 17, and should render your iD bills correctly.
