Other forum posts seem to suggest an issue with iOS 17 and the iD app.
Thanks for this but it has same issue when using laptop / internet so don’t think it’s that
What browsers have you tried
Google Chrome may not work properly with the iD online account portal “my.idmobile.co.uk”.
Is this using Safari for iOS with “my.idmobile.co.uk” on your iPhone
I have just used my wife’s laptop and I can now read them

I think the Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS works properly with iOS 17, and should render your iD bills correctly.
