I've just had an email from ID saying I'll be charged my monthly fee from a plan I changed 2 weeks ago and my account is in credit. How can this be?

It sounds like the last months bill may have been posted before the plan was changed, therefore .you had one time paid more than you should’ve, this is automatically changed the next month and the amount overpaid credited.
