I’ve got a sim only it’s £12 a month and the bill is over is it normal for them to put 20% vat on the bill I’ve got it capped at 0 I’ve not been abroad it’s only meant to be £12 don’t get it the bill before never had it on but this one has

The price of the contract would be inclusive of VAT.

How much is your normal amount that you are charged and what have you been charged now?
