My bills have been £37+ the last couple of months when they should be £20.99.. even with £10 cap they should not be this much. What's going on?

Login to your iD account and look at the PDF copies of your recent bills.
Any charges will be itemised in the calls, text messaging and mobile internet browsing sections of these bills.
